Relax on the couch or at the bar on our covered porch overlooking the world’s longest barrier reef. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and enjoy the refreshing breeze all day. Our newly renovated luxury condo accommodates six comfortably and features a master bedroom with a spacious en-suite, a guest room sleeping four, and a large guest bathroom.
The condos are fully equipped with all essential items for guest use. Enjoy fast WiFi for work or staying in touch. The open-concept kitchen connects to a dining area for six, and the living room offers cozy seating to unwind after a day of adventure.

Located 40 feet from the ocean, our condo offers breathtaking views and a peaceful, romantic setting. It’s just 15-20 minutes from town by golf cart—Ambergris Caye’s main mode of transport. Golf Cart rentals are available all over Ambergris Caye. A quick Google search will yield dozens of results but our concierge is also able to assist in booking a golf cart for you.

Our condo feels like home, not a rental, with new furniture and unique artwork. It’s in the newest building at Oceans 23, featuring an incredible pool with a swim-up bar overlooking the ocean.
We provide VIP concierge service from Belize City Airport to our condo. Our concierge can arrange local pricing for golf carts, and the A/C will be on, with ice and water ready for your arrival. Let us know if you're celebrating something special—our concierge will ensure everything is perfect. No extra charge for this service, but tips are always appreciated.
Ambergris Caye is an amazing island with friendly, English-speaking locals. The US dollar is widely accepted with a $2 BZD to $1 USD fixed ratio. Most places also accept major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard.

Booking Policy:
50% deposit is required when booking. The balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival date results in full forfeiture of payment.
